Fantastic customer service!

I needed this paper in a hurry for a last minute order, so I rang to see if it could be delivered quickly. The person on the phone was friendly and helpful, called me back as promised and had posted my order within three hours. It arrived as promised the following day. The paper itself is gorgeous. My client loved it and is planning to order more chocolate bars wrapped in it soon. I cannot say how impressed (and thankful!) I was with the great service.
